The Notorious Sophie Lang is a 1934 American crime drama film.
The title character is a beautiful international jewel thief. As she returns to the United States after five years abroad, detectives set a trap. This is the first of three Sophie Lang pictures with Michael, each with a different director. The others are 1936's The Return of Sophie Lang and 1937's Sophie Lang Goes West.
